Inline High-shear Mixers

Features:Design for continuous-duty production-scale operation; Narrow particle distribution; Zero dead corner. Easy to operate, can realize Automation
Low noise
Transmission shaft with cantilever can realize vertical input and horizontal output.
Working under high-temperature, high-viscosity and high-flow working condition, such as Modified Asphaltum, Paper pulp Disperse, Plastic, Rubber etc.
Mechanical/ Lip / Stuffing seal optional
Storage tin is applied not only in series-wound craft, but also in continuous-duty craft. This design ensures all materials to be subjected to intense mechanical and hydraulic shear before they are exported. Also special single mechanical seal or double mechanical seal is suitable for high intensive work.
Three types’ series Inline High-shear Mixers can suitable for different desires.

ME400A-1 Series Inline High Shear Mixers

FeaturesThere is a pair of stator/rotor assemblies in the work tank, and transmission shaft works with cantilever. Transmission shaft directly contacts with driver. Usually Mechanical seal is applied, also other types are optional.

Applications:Medium or small batch continuous-duty production-scale operation. It is better to work with Batch Model High-shear.

Speicial:Built-in hanical Seal; Contacts with materials directly; Applied in low-velocity liquids.

ME400B-1 Series Inline High Shear Mixers

Features :There is a pair of stator/rotor assemblies in the work tank, and transmission shaft works with cantilever. The flexible stalk connects the driver and the principal axis in the bearings box, which can improve the efficiency of the axis of rotation. The seal manner is due to the different work condition.

Applications:Big or Medium batch continuous-duty production-scale operation. It is better to work with Batch Model High-shear.

Speicial:External Mechanical Seal; Do not contact with materials; Applied in medium or High viscosity liquids.
