| The Jet-flow Mixing Machine is compounds of a pair of high speed
stators/rotors and traditional mixer. The special geometry of the
rotor and jet-tube concentrates the product into high viscosity
streams which intensely circulates the product and causes it to mix
thoroughly. Furthermore, dispersion is achieved at the rotor
section by shear and turbine forces. Jet-flow is a fast, efficient
and dead-corner-free method for mixing fluids, and particularly
high viscosity ones.
Micro-mixer: The small batch mix of the material with minimum size.
Macro-mixer: Whole mix with dead-corner-free.
